TEHRAN -- The Iranian band Khorshid will perform a series of concerts in Moscow from April 20 to 22.

Pieces composed by master of Iranian music Abolhassan Saba will be perform during the event, leader of Khorshid Majid Derakhshani told CHN on Thursday.
Shahu Andalibi on tar, Mehrdad Nasehi on Kamancheh, Jamshid Safarzadeh on santur and vocalist Puria Akhavas will accompany the band in the performances.
According to Derakhshani, the band has been scheduled to perform concerts in Tehran in August.
“in Addition, we also plan to have a joint concert tour with Ava band in the United States and Canada in near future,” he concluded.
